How to use these guides
- Watch once end-to-end to see the flow, then re-watch a section while you try the same clicks in a trial org.
- Pause on forms and tables — field names in the UI match what you configure under Settings.
- If something in the video looks different from your account, check Settings and plan limits; some screens vary by role (owner, admin, staff, trainer).
