An outlet is a site or branch: its own address, hours, and often its own POS and session roster. Owners still roll everything up at the org level for reporting.
Checklist for multi-site
- Train desk staff to confirm active outlet before check-in or sales—wrong context is the #1 “missing member” issue.
- Align trainer assignments and product stock per branch if you run separate drawers or inventory.
- Use reports filtered by outlet when comparing performance between locations.
