Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pagete collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, use our software, or interact with a gym, studio, or business that uses Pagete.

Scope

Pagete provides software for gym and fitness businesses, including membership management, scheduling, attendance, payments, and related member portal features.

This Policy applies to:

  • visitors to our marketing website;
  • account owners, staff members, and administrators who use Pagete; and
  • members or customers who access a member portal powered by Pagete.

If you are a member of a gym or business that uses Pagete, that business controls much of the personal information processed in its Pagete workspace. In those cases, Pagete generally acts as a service provider or processor on that business's behalf.

  • create an account or join an organization;
  • complete forms, bookings, registrations, or support requests;
  • subscribe to a paid plan or make a payment;
  • contact us by email or through the website; or
  • submit information through a member portal operated on Pagete.

Depending on how the service is used, this information may include:

  • name, email address, phone number, and business details;
  • account credentials and authentication data;
  • member profile information entered by a business using Pagete;
  • transaction and billing details;
  • communications and support history; and
  • other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically

When you use Pagete, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • browser, device, and operating system details;
  • pages viewed, navigation events, timestamps, and referrers;
  • error, crash, and performance diagnostics; and
  • cookie, local storage, and similar technology data described in our Cookie Policy.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from third-party providers that support the service, such as:

  • payment processors for billing and transaction status;
  • authentication, fraud prevention, and bot protection providers;
  • analytics and infrastructure providers; and
  • customer communication providers.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, maintain, secure, and improve Pagete;
  • authenticate users and protect accounts;
  • process subscriptions, payments, and related billing activity;
  • send transactional emails, service notices, and support responses;
  • monitor product usage, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
  • develop new features and improve service reliability.

Where allowed by law, we may also use business contact details to send product updates or marketing communications. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.

Legal Bases

Depending on your location, our legal bases for processing may include:

  • performance of a contract;
  • legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service;
  • compliance with legal obligations; and
  • consent, where consent is required by applicable law.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information:

  • with service providers that host, support, secure, analyze, or operate Pagete;
  • with payment and financial service providers to process transactions;
  • with a gym, studio, or business that invited you to or manages your use of Pagete;
  • within a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; or
  • when required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Third-Party Services

Pagete may rely on third-party providers such as:

  • Stripe for payments and billing workflows;

  • Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for website and performance analytics;
  • Sentry for application monitoring and error reporting;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse protection; and

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the customer relationship, and legal or operational requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it where appropriate.

International Transfers

Pagete and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • access personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of certain information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • request a portable copy of certain information.

If Pagete processes your information on behalf of a gym or other business, you should direct requests about that workspace data to the relevant business first. We may assist that business where required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Pagete is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our marketing site. Businesses using Pagete are responsible for obtaining any permissions they need to manage member information in their own operations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
