Overview & dashboard

Homepage demo — navigation, layout, and how Pagete is organized for daily ops

This recording is the homepage / dashboard tour. It is the best place to start if you are new to Pagete: you see the shell of the app (sidebar, top bar, main workspace) and how screens relate to “run the gym today” work versus one-off setup.

Homepage & dashboard overview

What you should notice first

  • Left sidebar — Primary areas are grouped the same way most gyms think about work: people (Members), money and access (Membership, Payments), timetable (Classes, Sessions), staff (Trainers, Trainer portal), footprint (Outlets), commerce (Products, POS), and Settings.
  • Main panel — Whatever you pick in the sidebar opens here. Most lists use filters, search, and row actions consistent across modules so training staff only has to learn the pattern once.
  • Context — Many screens are scoped to the active outlet (when you run more than one location). If a number or list looks “empty,” confirm the correct outlet is selected.

Dashboard vs deep screens

The dashboard-style views are meant for at-a-glance health: who showed up, what is selling, what needs attention. Detailed editing (member profile, plan terms, session notes) always lives on dedicated pages linked from those summaries.

Use the video to answer:

  • “Where do I go for X?” — Trace the click path from the sidebar.
  • “Is this setup or operations?” — Setup-heavy tasks usually sit under Settings or admin-only areas; daily tasks sit under Members, Classes, Check-in, POS, etc.

Tips while watching

  1. Pause when the sidebar highlights a section — That is the mental map for the rest of the product.
  2. Watch for search and filters — They are the fastest way to find a member or session on a busy desk.
  3. Role differences — Trainers often live in Trainer portal and session views; front desk uses Check-in, POS, and Members most often.
